The food we eat is the base of life. We are always concerned about our diet , so we run behind modern dieticians, so they can tell us about what to eat. The modern diet revolves around calories and the count of calories give us stress. 

Our own, Indian Ayurvedic literature is so rich that we actually don't need to follow the modern and "fad" diets. The basic Indian diet practices are so enriching that even western people are in love with it. The Ayurvedic diet principles are less known to common people so this is an attempt to create awareness about it.
